The company was founded in 1991 when the SIEVERS-SNC group from Osnabrück established a business division in Dresden. In 1997, this division was spun off into an independent Saxon company, SIEVERS Computer & Software GmbH. In 2006, SIEVERS Computer & Software GmbH merged with the corporate customer division of Winner Computer & Software GmbH Dresden to form SIECOM® Computer & Software GmbH.
