Senju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a Japanese pharmaceutical company founded in April 1947 in Osaka. It develops and markets ophthalmic products, including eye drops and treatments for various eye conditions, as well as supplements and medical devices. The company has expanded internationally with offices and subsidiaries in the United States, China, Vietnam, Russia, and Poland.

Senju Pharmaceutical was founded in April 1947 in Osaka, Japan, with capital of 195,000 yen and Hiroshi Tsuzuki as representative director. Its first product, Paniltin injection, was launched in July 1947. The company moved its headquarters and factory several times in the following decades. In 1951, it signed an exclusive sales agreement with Takeda Pharmaceutical for all its products. Over the years, it launched numerous ophthalmic products, including Catarin eye drops (1958), Mightia eye drops (1965), and various treatments for glaucoma, allergies, and infections. The company expanded internationally starting in the 1990s with offices and subsidiaries in the United States, China, Vietnam, Russia, and Poland. It celebrated its 50th anniversary in 1997 and 70th in 2017. A new headquarters building was completed in February 2018. In 2019, it made Jiangsu Senju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Province, China a subsidiary. Recent product launches include Avaleput suspension eye drops 0.3% in April 2026.
