Schwarz-Außenwerbung is a German out-of-home advertising company founded in 1932, headquartered in Konstanz. It operates a nationwide network of outdoor advertising media and is among the top four OoH providers in Germany.
History
Schwarz-Außenwerbung was founded in 1932. In 2009, the company acquired the complete advertising media inventory of the traditional company 'Außenwerbung Plak...' (snippet cut off). In 2011, it moved into a new company headquarters in Konstanz. In 2014 and 2017, it won Europe-wide tenders for exclusive advertising rights for illuminated rotating City-Light columns in Munich and Düsseldorf. As of September 16, 2021, the company marketed 26,900 advertising installations and was among the four largest OoH providers in Germany. In 2022, the company celebrated its 90th anniversary.
