Satsugai Enka Vinyl

Satsugai Enka Vinyl (殺害塩化ビニール, also rendered in English as "Murder Vinyl Chloride") is a Japanese independent record label. According to Chinese Wikipedia, it was established by the vocalist of the band QP-CRAZY, who is nicknamed the "foolish president" (バカ社長). The label's official website presents it as a small, self-operated imprint whose roster is built around the founder's own circle of punk, noise and hardcore projects. The label's catalogue is dominated by acts connected to the QP-CRAZY / the CRAZY-SKB milieu. Its official site lists releases and artists including QP-CRAZY, THE DIGITAL CITY JUNKIES, 恐悪狂人團 (Kyōaku Kyōjindan), ウラミ観音DEATHテクノ, 猛毒, 怪奇!!動物アジテーター and Hi-Technology Suicide. The site also functions as a shop and news channel, announcing new albums and mini-albums by these acts. Stylistically the label sits at the extreme end of Japanese underground music: noise, digital punk, hardcore and performance-art provocation. THE DIGITAL CITY JUNKIES, for example, are described on the site as a "hybrid digital punk" band formed in 2006 that fuses digital sound with punk rock. 怪奇!!動物アジテーター is presented as a performance-focused unit whose live shows involve earthworms, electric eels and a motorised weed trimmer used on an inflatable doll. As an independent label, Satsugai Enka Vinyl is privately held and not listed on any stock exchange. It operates primarily in the Japanese underground music market, selling physical releases and merchandise through its own website and at live events. Its identity is inseparable from the persona of its founder, the CRAZY-SKB, and from the wider QP-CRAZY collective.

Satsugai Enka Vinyl (殺害塩化ビニール) is a Japanese independent record label. Chinese Wikipedia states that it was founded by the vocalist of the band QP-CRAZY, known by the nickname "foolish president" (バカ社長). The label's name is a deliberately provocative pun on "vinyl chloride" (塩化ビニール), rendered in English on its own site as "Murder Vinyl Chloride". The label grew out of the Tokyo-area punk and noise scene around QP-CRAZY and its frontman the CRAZY-SKB. Its official website serves as both a label page and a direct shop, listing artists, releases and news. Over the years the roster has expanded to include related projects such as THE DIGITAL CITY JUNKIES (a "hybrid digital punk" band formed in 2006 that released its first album "DIRTY MARKET!" in 2014), 恐悪狂人團, ウラミ観音DEATHテクノ, 猛毒, 怪奇!!動物アジテーター and Hi-Technology Suicide. The label's output is characterised by extreme, confrontational aesthetics. 怪奇!!動物アジテーター, for instance, is described on the site as a performance-oriented unit whose live shows involve scattering earthworms and electric eels and using a motorised weed trimmer to cut an inflatable doll. This aligns with the broader shock-punk tradition in Japan. As of the mid-2020s the label remains active, announcing new releases on its website. Recent news items include a 44th anniversary album for 恐悪狂人團 (dated 2026-10-31), a solo album by ツージーQ (2026-09-09), a new album by ウラミ観音DEATHテクノ (2026-02-03), a mini-album by THE DIGITAL CITY JUNKIES (2025-10-22) and a website renewal (2025-10-01). The label is privately owned and operates independently.
