Sangyean Flooring (山衍地板) is a Taiwanese wood flooring brand operated by Sangyean Industrial Co., Ltd. (山衍實業有限公司). According to the brand, it was founded in 1991 in Taichung and has since built more than three decades of experience in the wood flooring industry, serving interior designers, renovation clients, homeowners and commercial space operators. The company positions itself as a one-stop provider covering material selection advice, style planning, measurement and quotation, and professional installation. The brand operates two showrooms in Taiwan — one in Sanchong, New Taipei City, and one in Nantun, Taichung — where customers can view physical samples and discuss flooring options. In 1992 it opened a second showroom on Zhongming South Road and created the "大自然® series" and "GREAT-UNIVERSE" trademarks. In 1998 the business relocated its operating base to No. 1363-1, Yongchun East Road, expanding its display and service capacity. Between 2009 and 2022 the company expanded northward, establishing a northern Taiwan store that was later adjusted to its current location in Sanchong District, New Taipei City. Its Taichung office also moved to No. 1383, Yongchun East Road. In 2022 the company established the Sangyean service brand mark, formalizing its brand identity. Over more than three decades the company has developed a product portfolio spanning laminate flooring, engineered wood flooring, solid teak flooring, SPC/LVT, herringbone and artistic parquet, and solid wood stair components. It states that it selects imported boards from Belgium, Sweden and other countries, covering European oak and Southeast Asian teak, and completes drying, conditioning, processing, coating and packaging in Taiwan.
