ResultsCX Bulgaria (Bulgarian: „РизълтсСиЕкс България“ ЕАД) is a Bulgarian business-process outsourcing (BPO) enterprise headquartered in Sofia. It is part of the UK-based ResultsCX group, which as of September 2024 was controlled by Rajesh Subramaniam, who lives in India, and Sidharth Parashar, who lives in the United Kingdom. In 2022, Jonathan Gladwish sold the business to ResultsCX, a UK-based customer experience group. Following the acquisition, the Bulgarian company was rebranded and integrated as ResultsCX Bulgaria („РизълтсСиЕкс България“ ЕАД), becoming part of the group's international delivery network. As of September 2024, the ResultsCX group was controlled by Rajesh Subramaniam, resident in India, and Sidharth Parashar, resident in the United Kingdom.
