REDtone is a home-grown Malaysian brand founded in 1996 that has grown into a leading provider of integrated telecommunications and digital infrastructure services for organizations. It was listed on the Malaysia Stock Exchange's MESDAQ (now ACE Market) in January 2004 and transferred to the Main Market in May 2023, and has been a subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad since 2015. REDtone serves government agencies, enterprises, and SMEs across three core pillars: Telecommunications Services, Managed Telco Network Services, and other digital offerings including cloud, IoT, and AI-driven services.

REDtone was founded in 1996 and began as a voice solutions provider. It was listed on the Malaysia Stock Exchange's MESDAQ (now ACE Market) in January 2004 and transferred to the Main Market in May 2023. Since 2015 it has been a subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad. The company expanded into Telco Engineering Services in mid-2013, leveraging its broadband and data expertise, and today operates as the largest third-party neutral MORAN operator in Malaysia. It has implemented large-scale government projects such as Kampung Tanpa Wayar (KTW), Time-3 (T3), Pusat Internet 1Malaysia (Pi1M), and other Universal Service Provision initiatives, and received an Appreciation Award from MCMC for its contributions to the Sarawak Recovery Project.
