Realz

Realz is a Brazilian loyalty points and rewards program designed for everyday consumers across neighborhoods and cities. According to its official website, the program positions itself as an unprecedented points scheme made for all Brazilians, offering instant rewards on purchases made at local partner stores. Rather than requiring users to change their routines, Realz encourages them to prioritize shopping at partner merchants in categories such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and salons or beauty establishments. The earning mechanic is straightforward: for every purchase, users earn 1, 2, 3 or more points per real spent. Points are credited in real time after the user scans the QR Code on the receipt (Nota Fiscal). The program emphasizes a digital points wallet that is easy to use, with points that do not expire. Users receive on-screen notifications about their transactions and can access receipts and transaction history through an extract feature. Redemption options are flexible. Users can withdraw points as cash via Pix, transferring any amount to their bank account; pay for purchases or part of purchases at partner stores with an instant discount; or send points to friends at any time, in any amount, without cost or limits, described as instant and free. The program highlights that balances never expire and never lose value, and can be used whenever and however the user wishes. Signing up is presented as simple: account creation takes less than two minutes, with no bureaucracy and no document submission required. The service is available through its website at pontosrealz.com.br. Realz is identified in Wikidata as a Brazilian loyalty points and rewards program. As of the available evidence, details such as founding year, headquarters, ownership, and corporate structure are not specified.
