RCE Capital Berhad

RCE Capital Berhad ("RCE") is a Malaysian company incorporated on 18 December 1953 as Leong Tian Tin Mines Limited. It underwent several name changes before adopting its present name on 9 October 2003. RCE is a subsidiary of Amcorp Group Berhad and is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under the stock name RCECAP (stock code 9296), having first listed on 20 September 1994. Its subsidiaries are involved in financial services, following the 2003 acquisition of RCE Marketing Sdn Bhd and the sale of its broadcasting business. Its business areas include consumer financing, payroll collection and commercial financing.

RCE Capital Berhad ("RCE") was incorporated in Malaysia on 18 December 1953 as a limited company under the name Leong Tian Tin Mines Limited. On 15 April 1966 it changed its name to Leong Tian Tin Mines Sdn Bhd, then to Rislee Enterprise Sdn Bhd on 7 December 1978, and to Rislee Enterprise Berhad on 18 August 1993 to reflect its conversion to a public limited company. On 25 September 1993 it changed its name to Rediffusion Berhad before assuming its present name on 9 October 2003. RCE is a subsidiary of Amcorp Group Berhad. It was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Securities on 20 September 1994 and transferred to the Main Board (now Main Market) on 23 August 2006. Its subsidiaries became involved in financial services following the acquisition of RCE Marketing Sdn Bhd and the sale of the broadcasting business, both in 2003. In early 2007 RCE bought into AMDB Factoring Sdn Bhd (renamed RCE Factoring Sdn Bhd), which provides credit factoring solutions to the manufacturing, construction, information and communications technology and services sectors. In 2014 EXP Payment Sdn Bhd was acquired to provide collection management services, and in 2024 RCE acquired Corewealth Alliance Dynamic Sdn Bhd to complement its financing services business.
