Réseau Cocagne is a network of Jardins de Cocagne. Its raison d'être is to accompany people toward returning to employment and to feed everyone with local organic products. The network presents itself as an actor of general interest, with Jardins de Cocagne located throughout France. In the context of the public policy 'Mieux manger pour tous', Réseau Cocagne built an action plan for 2023 to 2027, mobilizing all Jardins de Cocagne to give everyone access to local organic fruit and vegetables. The 2025 review indicates that Réseau Cocagne is on the trajectory it set. In 2025, Réseau Cocagne accompanied the Jardins de Cocagne around strategic developments including the transformation of social work, adaptation to climate change, relocalization of food aid supplies, and inter-Jardin cooperation, notably at the regional level. These structuring projects are also included in the network's 2026 roadmap. A national Cocagne forum mobilized most of the Jardins around the theme 'VivantS'.
