History
The QLS Holdings group began in October 2005, when Yugen Kaisha Qualis was established in Miyakojima-ku, Osaka with the purpose of operating nursing-care services. The company's founding philosophy was "Quality of Life — a high quality of life for all people." In September 2024 Qualis took over three childcare facilities in Chiba Prefecture from VISIONARY Co., Ltd. In January 2025 the group acquired shares in COMMUNITY.JAPAN ASIAN NETWORK CO., LTD (Thailand), making it a grandchild company, and in July 2025 Nagomi Lifecare took over nursing-care welfare operations (three facilities) from Carelitz & Partners Co., Ltd. As of March 2025 the group reported 159 facilities nationwide. Its management policy emphasizes contributing to local communities as a community-rooted company, responding flexibly to changes in the times and customer needs, and remaining trusted by all stakeholders. The company frames its future growth around addressing Japan's rapid population decline and aging through new services.
