PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (stock code: DMAS IJ) develops Kota Deltamas, an integrated modern area of approximately 3,200 hectares consisting of industrial, residential and commercial areas in Central Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The township has direct toll access from the Jakarta-Cikampek KM 37 toll road. The company is a joint venture between Sinar Mas Land and Sojitz Corporation of Japan. Its Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) has approximately 170 tenants including Suzuki, Hyundai Motors, Mitsubishi Motors, SAIC GM Wuling, Astra Honda Motors, Kalbe, Maxxis and Kohler. Kota Deltamas has opened more than 19 residential clusters and offers facilities such as schools, universities, hotels and rental apartments, sports complexes and places of worship.

The company was established in 1993 as a local investment company in Indonesia. In 1994 it obtained a land utilization permit to operate more than 3,000 hectares of land in Bekasi Regency. In 1996 Sojitz Corporation (formerly Nissho Iwai Corporation) became a 25% shareholder, changing the company's status to a foreign-invested company. Direct access from the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road to Kota Deltamas was established in 2001, and the first residential development was launched in 2002. In 2004 the development of a light industrial park began, and in 2008 work started at the Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC). The company went public in 2015, listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In 2017 it established the joint venture PT Panahome Deltamas Indonesia and obtained a KLIK facility. In 2018 it obtained ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. In 2021 it started development of a new industrial zone for data centers in GIIC and began implementing Renewable Energy (REC). In 2022 it reported energy saving and intensity of use of electric vehicles for the Company's operational activities.
