PT. Tesco Indomaritim

PT. Tesco Indomaritim is an Indonesian-based shipbuilding company. It specializes in manufacturing high performance aluminium and steel plate vessels, and offers services including ship repair, conversion, maintenance, and marine propulsion systems. The company was founded in 1975 and has conducted repair and repowering programs since 1997 on various types of ships, including those belonging to the Indonesian Navy and Port Authority.

PT. Tesco Indomaritim was established in 1975 with a focus in marine services such as marine propulsion equipments and producing custom made propellers. In 1978, the company began manufacturing Stern Arrangement for small to medium sized boats. In 1989, the company had a total factory land area of 15 hectares with an enclosed workshop of 4.5 hectares. In 1997, PT. Tesco Indomaritim conducted its first Repowering program on a 98 Meter Landing Ship Tank (LST) belonging to the Indonesian Navy. Since then, the company has repowered over 30 vessels.
