Founded in 1997 by Terrie S. Wheeler, MBC, PSM has grown to include a team of marketing experts who work together to drive marketing success for clients across the country. The firm is a virtual outsourced marketing agency that delivers expert services to clients in Minnesota and throughout the United States. PSM is 100% woman-owned and has over 30 years of experience.

PSM Marketing was founded in 1997 by Terrie S. Wheeler, MBC. Initially launched as Professional Services Marketing Group, Terrie offered a broad range of services to clients in industries including legal, financial, banking, travel, information technology, trade associations, consulting, education, government, and human resources. In 2019, Michelle R. Wheeler merged her business, Spectrum Design and Marketing, into PSM and joined Terrie as a partner.
