Procevia

Procevia is a software product that uses AI to generate BPMN 2.0 diagrams from natural language descriptions, images, voice input, text, or documents. It offers real-time collaboration, manual or AI-assisted editing, and export options. The tool is designed for business analysts, process consultants, QM managers, project managers, and developers. It is DSGVO-compliant and hosted in the EU.

Procevia was founded by Jordanis Kleinöder Stafidis, who has over 8 years of experience in IT service management and process management. The product is based on his master's thesis completed in 2026 at FOM Hochschule, which created the theoretical foundation for AI-supported generation of standard-compliant business process models.
