Premium Q Moving and Storage

Premium Q Moving and Storage is an American full-service moving and storage company that markets itself as a premium, concierge-level relocation provider. According to its official website, the company is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with a second location in Tampa, Florida, and serves both local and long-distance moving customers. It describes itself as fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and promotes a range of services that go beyond basic transportation: professional packing, piano moving, secure storage, and white-glove handling. The company's tagline, "We Move Lives, The Boxes Just Come With It," positions the brand around the emotional and logistical weight of relocation rather than simply the physical move. The brand's service portfolio is built around several core offerings. Its general moving services cover local moves in the Boston and Tampa areas as well as long-distance relocation. Its packing services include full packing, partial packing, and custom packing options for homes, apartments, and offices, using quality boxes, bubble wrap, and protective materials, plus custom crating for artwork, antiques, and delicate belongings. A dedicated piano moving service handles uprights, baby grands, and concert grands, with padding, wrapping, secure lifting, staircase navigation, and protected transport. Storage is also offered as part of the company's full-service proposition. Premium Q emphasizes a differentiated customer experience. Its website highlights "concierge-level" service with real coordinators rather than call centers, a dedicated expert guiding customers from quote to follow-up, and uniformed, background-checked crews. It also advertises GPS-tracked vehicles and a clean fleet. The company claims a 4.9-star average rating from more than 1,000 moves and reviews, BBB A+ accreditation, and recognition as an award-winning moving company. It markets promotional offers such as 10% off and free moving boxes for customers who book a quote. Operationally, Premium Q Moving and Storage presents itself as a regional mover with a growing footprint. Its primary market is Greater Boston, where it promotes itself as "Boston's Best Choice for Local Movers," while its Tampa location extends its reach into Florida. The company also serves long-distance relocations beyond these two hubs. Its branding leans heavily on trust signals—licensing, insurance, background checks, reviews, and accreditation—which are important in a moving industry where customers often worry about damage, hidden fees, and unreliable crews. The company states that it provides transparent pricing with no hidden moving fees and personalized moving plans. As of the available evidence, Premium Q Moving and Storage appears to be a privately held company. No parent company, founder, or founding year is disclosed in the supplied sources. Its official website is premiumqmoving.com, and it maintains a Wikidata entry. The brand continues to position itself in the premium segment of the moving market, combining traditional moving and storage with specialized services such as piano moving and custom crating.
