In July 2024, the company celebrated the retirement of Colin, a lift installer with 30 years of service. In February 2026, Pollock Lifts announced that the standard carrying capacity of its Through-Floor Lift range had been increased to 300 kg at no extra cost, enhancing usability for a wider range of users and applications.
