PlushBeds

PlushBeds is a mattress brand that, since 2008, has provided all-natural, sustainable sleep products from its California factory direct to customers. The brand emphasizes certified organic and natural materials, including organic latex certified to the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS), and organic cotton and wool certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Its product range includes mattresses, adjustable beds, toppers, bedding and pillows, and it offers free shipping, a 100-night risk-free trial, and a lifetime warranty on its luxury mattress.

PlushBeds was founded to provide healthier sleep options. According to a letter from CEO Michael Hughes, the journey began when his father was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at age 40 and died at 64; epidemiologic studies suggested exposure to certain environmental chemicals is associated with increased risk of Parkinson's disease. After his daughter was born, Hughes and his wife researched and eliminated as many chemicals in their home as possible, including looking for healthy, toxin-free mattresses, and found such mattresses hard to find. They founded PlushBeds to provide their family and others with healthier sleep options. Since 2008, PlushBeds has provided all-natural, sustainable sleep from its California factory direct to customers at an affordable price. The company states it invested in machinery, sourced sustainable materials, paired them with artisans skilled in traditional old-world craftsmanship, controlled the supply chain from fields to bedroom, and cut out middlemen by shipping directly to customers.

Healthy, toxin-free, certified organic and natural sleep products made with old-world craftsmanship and sold factory-direct at an affordable price.
