Privé nightclub regulatory investigation
Privé was investigated over allegations including drug use, prostitution, admission of minors, and assaults by employees against customers. The club closed in July 2009, and Nevada gaming regulators later imposed a $500,000 fine on Planet Hollywood. The operator agreed to improve security and oversight before reopening.
