Pivotal LNG is a company that provides flexible, cost-effective LNG solutions, including firm and interruptible LNG supply, flexible contract structures and pricing alternatives. It has a network of liquefaction plants and a fleet of cryogenic tankers, delivering LNG directly to fueling locations. The company serves customers in the eastern United States.

Pivotal LNG is backed by more than four decades of experience in LNG production, delivery and transportation. It operates a network of liquefaction plants, including JAX LNG and Towanda LNG, and provides LNG supply to customers in the eastern United States.

  Dominion Energy completed its acquisition of Pivotal LNG from Southern Company on March 24, taking full ownership of Pivotal’s liquefaction facility in Trussville, Alabama, and 50% ownership of the Jax LNG ship bunkering operation in Jacksonville, Florida.
