PIVOT Vet Strategies

PIVOT Vet Strategies is a veterinary leadership training company that offers systems-based leadership programs, including TRIAGE™, and free diagnostic tools such as the Leadership Audit and Stability Audit. It was founded by Dr. Kaelyn Petras, DVM, an emergency medical director.

PIVOT Vet Strategies was built by an emergency medical director who spent ten years across four hospitals watching the same failures repeat due to missing systems. The founder, Dr. Kaelyn Petras, DVM, currently serves as Emergency Medical Director at ARC Vets and is the founder and chair of the Patient Safety Committee there. She previously served as Hospital Director at VEG Phoenix (2023–2025) and Medical Director at Foothills Animal Hospital E&S (2021–2022).
