Pimpinan Ehsan Berhad

Pimpinan Ehsan Berhad (PEB) is a Malaysian investment holding company incorporated on 28 June 2016 as Pimpinan Ehsan Sdn. Bhd., converted to a public limited company on 6 September 2016, and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 3 May 2018 in place of TRIplc Berhad following an internal restructuring. Its stated vision is to be a leading renewable energy company in Malaysia.

Pimpinan Ehsan Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited company named Pimpinan Ehsan Sdn. Bhd. on 28 June 2016. It was converted to a public limited company on 6 September 2016 and renamed Pimpinan Ehsan Berhad. The company was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 3 May 2018 in place of TRIplc Berhad following an internal restructuring exercise. Bursa Securities notified the company on 16 May 2018 that it was a Cash Company under Paragraph 8.03(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements upon completion of the disposal of its principal subsidiary, TRIplc Berhad, to Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad. Bursa Securities granted an extension of time up to 31 December 2021 to submit a regularisation plan. On 19 February 2021, Pitahaya (M) Sdn Bhd and parties acting in concert acquired approximately 65.5% of the equity interest in PEB.
