Pillars Brewery is a specialist lager brewery based in Walthamstow, London. Established in 2016, it describes itself as the first independent lager brewery in London. It began as a family business and remains a team of family and close friends. The brewery brews in a traditional Bavarian-style brewhouse with its own lauter tun, tailors water profiles per brew using an onsite water treatment plant, and cold-conditions its beer for a minimum of four weeks. Its range includes pilsner, small-batch and special-release lagers, and it offers tours, a taproom experience and merchandise.
