The winery produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Shiraz and a Merlot Cabernet blend, all from their single vineyard property.
History
Picardy was established in 1993 in the Pemberton region of Western Australia. It is owned and operated by Dan, Bill and Sandra Pannell. Bill and Sandra were pioneers of the Margaret River region, establishing Moss Wood vineyard and winery in 1969. Dan, after completing a Bachelor of Science (Oenology), joined the family estate in Pemberton. Dan and Bill have made the wines together since Picardy's first vintage in 1996.
