PHYZ Holdings Inc. (ファイズホールディングス株式会社) is a Japanese logistics holding company headquartered in Osaka, with a second head office in Tokyo. It was established in October 2013 as Kabushiki Kaisha PHYZ (株式会社ファイズ), spun out of the 3PL division of Vi Kikaku Co., Ltd. to pursue growth in e-commerce logistics. In October 2023, it moved from the Prime Market to the Standard Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The company has continued to expand through acquisitions, including Find On Inc. in February 2024 and Seishin Inc. in October 2025, and introduced a dual-headquarters system (Osaka and Tokyo) in January 2025.
