Peregrine Semiconductor

Peregrine Semiconductor was an American RF semiconductor company founded in 1990, specializing in sapphire-on-silicon (SOS) technology for RF switches and tuners. It was acquired by Murata Manufacturing in 2014 and became a subsidiary.
