Pendennis Shipyard, founded in 1988, is one of the world's leading superyacht refit and custom build facilities. It employs over 550 skilled tradespeople and has completed over 350 refit projects and over 30 custom builds. The company is based in Falmouth, UK, and has expanded with facilities in Vilanova, Spain.

Pendennis Shipyard was founded in 1988. Over the past 35 years, the company has grown and invested in its facilities, including a £22 million investment into its shipyard in Falmouth. In 2011, Pendennis added a Palma Refit Office, and in 2019, a Barcelona Technical Service Centre. In September 2024, Pendennis took a majority interest in Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding.
