PT Pembangunan Graha Lestari Indah was established in Medan on 3 March 1994 under Deed No. 2 before notary Mutiara Sahat Purnama Magelina Marpaung, S.H. The deed was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia under No. C2-8925.HT.01.01.TH.98 dated 15 July 1998. The company's articles of association have been amended several times, most recently by notary Gunawati, S.H. in Deli Serdang under Deed No. 12 dated 29 May 2013, adjusting the articles to Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies.
