Peiker Holding states that, although it is a young company, it can look back on a history of more than 75 years. It emerged from the company PEIKER acustic, and communication has always been its focus: in 1957 the first person to rise above 30,000 metres in a helium balloon wore a peiker microphone in his helmet. Andreas Peiker was the driving force behind PEIKER acustic from 1981, and in 2015 he sold that company in order to concentrate fully on Peiker Holding and new goals. The holding describes itself as smaller and more agile and as always looking for new challenges, with a strong team of long-standing companions and new specialists.
