History
Peak Campus was founded in January 2011, launching with a 39 asset portfolio. It is the predecessor company of PeakMade, which was established to manage and develop student housing, multifamily, and built-to-rent communities. Peak Campus received its first 'Best Places to Work' award in March 2013, and was named the Fastest Growing Company in the United States by Inc. 5000 in November 2014. In July 2015, it was recognized as one of the Healthiest Companies in Atlanta, and in November 2015, it was awarded Property Management Company of the Year by Multi-housing News. In January 2016, the Peak Campus brand was refreshed to a cleaner modern design. In May 2016, it received the Pacesetter Award from Atlanta Business Chronicle. In March 2018, it formed a partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities, establishing the national philanthropy Peak Cares. In October 2019, it launched the first annual 'Peak Goes Pink' campaign to raise awareness for women's breast cancer in association with the Susan G. Komen Foundation, raising over $40k in the first year.
