Pauian Archiland

Pauian Archiland (璞園建築團隊) is a Taiwanese architecture and construction team. Its official site states that in 1996 it decided to do things differently, using 'feeling' rather than pure profit to find core value beyond material things, and that 'persisting in building good homes' is its original intention. The team describes itself as covering land development, architectural planning, construction, handover and after-sales service, and space design. In March 2019 it sponsored architect Akihisa Hirata's 'Human Nature' solo exhibition. In September 2019 it sponsored the Asian Architecture Newcomer Competition selection. In October 2019 it established the Taoyuan Pilots professional basketball team and formally entered the P.League+. In January 2021 'Puro Puro' izakaya was a new dining brand operated by Pauian Archiland. In October 2021 Pauian Archiland invited architect Akihisa Hirata to Taiwan to share current and future cooperation with Pauian. In October 2021 the signing of a NT$6.4 billion syndicated loan led by Taiwan Cooperative Bank for Pauian was completed.
