Panorama Global

Panorama Global is a social impact nonprofit organization that empowers changemakers through radical collaboration. Founded in 2017 by CEO Gabrielle Fitzgerald, the organization helps partners navigate the path from vision to impact by building platforms for collaboration within and across issues and sectors. Its model is built on the core belief that systemic issues can be addressed more quickly, effectively, and durably through the broad lens of collaboration. The organization operates through three main service areas: Collaboratives, Fiscal Sponsorship, and Funds. Collaboratives involve hosting and supporting collaborative efforts to achieve common goals. Fiscal Sponsorship provides financial and administrative support with lean operating models to jumpstart projects. Funds are philanthropic vehicles to manage and distribute funds that fuel global initiatives. Featured projects include The Ascend Fund, which accelerates the pace of change toward gender parity in U.S. politics; The Panorama Fund, a strategic giving vehicle of The Panorama Group; and The T1D Community Fund, which improves the lives of people living with Type 1 diabetes in low- and middle-income countries. Panorama Global was founded in 2017 by Gabrielle Fitzgerald, a global leader who believes innovative approaches and catalytic coalitions can solve the most challenging issues. Fitzgerald serves as CEO. The organization was established with the goal of achieving maximum impact by partnering with visionary leaders to co-develop solutions to hard problems. From its inception, Panorama Global has used its voice when it counts and initiated projects when gaps needed to be filled. Its model is built on the core belief that systemic issues can be addressed more quickly, effectively, and durably through the broad lens of collaboration. In the years since its founding, Panorama Global has developed three primary service areas: Collaboratives, Fiscal Sponsorship, and Funds. It has hosted and supported collaborative efforts, provided financial and administrative support to jumpstart projects, and managed philanthropic vehicles to distribute funds. Notable projects include The Ascend Fund, which works to accelerate the pace of change toward gender parity in U.S. politics; The Panorama Fund, a strategic giving vehicle of The Panorama Group; and The T1D Community Fund, which improves the lives of people living with Type 1 diabetes in low- and middle-income countries. Panorama Global is a member of The Panorama Group. It maintains a knowledge center with articles and resources, including pieces such as "Partnership at the Speed of Trust" (June 23, 2026), which shares lessons from two years of multi-stakeholder collaboration through the Ending Child Marriage Partnership, and "What Flexible Funding Makes Possible" (April 7, 2026), which explores how flexible, unrestricted funding empowers nonprofits to adapt, innovate, and sustain impact. The organization also hosts an annual Leadership Forum; its third annual forum was titled "Moving From Friction to Firmer Ground."
