PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk was established on 13 August 1999 in Jakarta under the name PT Panca Global Securities, based on a deed of establishment drawn up by notary Fathiah Helmi S.H. On 31 March 2000, the company obtained a broker-dealer license from the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam). In December 2002, it added an investment manager license. On 12 September 2005, it secured an underwriter license from the same agency, now known as the Financial Services Authority (OJK). In connection with a public offering, the company changed its name to PT Panca Global Securities Tbk by deed No. 26 dated 30 August 2004. On 6 March 2018, the company changed its name and main business activity to PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk, becoming a holding company. Its subsidiary, PT Panca Global Sekuritas, was established on 13 August 2016 and obtained an underwriter and broker-dealer license from the OJK on 21 November 2017. The subsidiary operates from the Indonesia Stock Exchange Tower I in Jakarta and provides brokerage and underwriting services.
