Palestine Deposit Insurance Corporation

The Palestine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) was established under Decree-Law No. (7) of 2013 as an institution with legal personality, legal capacity, and financial and administrative independence. Its stated purpose is to protect depositors' funds in member banks, encourage saving, and strengthen confidence in the Palestinian banking system.
