Otter Garden Centres

Otter Garden Centres began in 1964 as a small business in Ottery St Mary, when Marilyn and Malcolm White bought a plot of land and started growing vegetables and plants for local East Devon markets and customers. The family business has grown into seven garden centres across the South West and surrounding areas, and it remains a growing nursery that grows 80% of the plants sold in its garden centres. Its garden centre offer includes garden buildings such as summerhouses, sheds, greenhouses, workshops and glass-fronted work studios, with one of the largest garden building show areas in the South West at its Ottery St Mary garden centre and good ranges at its Plymouth Garden Centre.
