Ossett Brewery is a brewery in Ossett, West Yorkshire, UK. It describes itself as a new fashioned, progressive brewery with real heritage, standing for modern brewing and a quarter century of fierce independence. Its #1 beer White Rat burst onto the scene as one of the hoppiest cask beers available. White Rat's origin story begins in the basement of The Rat & Ratchet, back in 2011. In 2013, a test brew took place at Ossett Brewery. Brews continued at both sites until 2020, when White Rat was cemented as part of the Ossett Core range.
