It is now part of ReadyTech and supports Australian and New Zealand government agencies and large commercial organisations with enterprise-grade solutions. Its flagship platform is Ready Contracts.

OpenWindows Software was established in 1994. It was built on a vision to simplify complex business processes through technology, drawing on real-world experience in commercial construction and contract management. The business developed one of the earliest computerised contract management platforms in the market. In 2021, Open Windows joined ReadyTech to add a best-in-class procurement solution to the Government ERP solution, Ready Community.
