Originally founded in 1998 as EJB Solutions, it was renamed OpenLogic in 2004, acquired by Rogue Wave Software in 2013, and became part of Perforce Software in 2019.

OpenLogic was founded in 1998 as EJB Solutions by Rod Cope. In 2004, EJB Solutions was renamed OpenLogic. In 2013, OpenLogic was acquired by Rogue Wave Software. In 2019, Rogue Wave Software (and OpenLogic) were acquired by Perforce Software.
