Open Up Group

Open Up Group (株式会社オープンアップグループ) is a Japanese corporate group. Its purpose is to open up the potential of each individual through happy work. The group provides engineer dispatch services and supports career growth for engineers, including those with no experience or mid-level skills. The group name was changed to Open Up Group in January 2023, formerly Yumex Binex Group.

In April 2021, Binex Group and Yumex Holdings merged to become Yumex Binex Group (now the company). In January 2023, the company name was changed to Open Up Group. In 2024, it acquired UT Technology and UT Construction and renamed them Open Up Technology and Open Up Construction. In 2025, Open Up System and Allotrust Systems integrated. In 2026, it acquired Aseb Holdings and integrated Yumex with Open Up Construction.
