OEB Breakfast Co. was born in Calgary in 2009, founded by Mauro Martina, a classically trained chef who spent his childhood in Italy and moved to Canada in 1992, becoming an executive chef at 21. What began as one neighbourhood restaurant grew into twenty locations across Canada. The brand is guided by a philosophy of "learn, teach, and inspire" and a chef-driven approach to breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
