Notting Hill Genesis

Notting Hill Genesis describes itself as one of London's largest not-for-profit housing associations, focused on providing quality homes at below-market rents for people who would otherwise struggle to afford them. It states that it is both a landlord and a developer, with more than 60,000 existing homes and 3,000 more in its pipeline over the next five years, and a commercial business from which it reinvests surpluses to support below-market-rent homes across the capital. It says it was founded in the 1960s to address slum conditions in West London and is now one of London's largest charitable housing associations. It reports 130,000 existing residents and a Better Together strategy powered by £800m of investment.
