Nopaque Limited

Nopaque Limited is a British SaaS company providing customer-perspective voice testing software for contact centres. The company's platform maps, tests, schedules, and proves voice channel compliance with dated, evidence-grade reports.

Nopaque was built by two people, Phil and Steve, who spent the last two decades inside contact-centre transformation and cloud delivery. They first converged at Nordcloud UK, and later overlapped at Barclays UK. Phil discovered Amazon Connect and built a consultancy around it, while Steve built a bank from scratch in Hong Kong and then worked at Barclays. Nopaque is what they wish they'd had every time a regression made it to production over the phone.
