Nomura Real Estate Holdings is the pure holding company of the Nomura Real Estate Group, strategically managing the group as a whole, strengthening internal control systems, centralizing fund management, and making effective use of personnel. The group's corporate philosophy is 'Connecting tomorrow' ('あしたを、つなぐ'), and it pursues a 2030 Vision. Its group companies operate independently and flexibly in the market, with the aim of promoting each company's growth and thereby improving the corporate value of the entire group.

The Nomura Real Estate Group began its path as a real estate developer about 70 years ago, addressing the major social issue of the postwar housing shortage, starting with large-scale new town development.
