Ninkasi Vaise

Ninkasi Vaise (also called Ninkasi Lyon / Vaise Industrie) is a Ninkasi location at 8 rue de la Navigation, 69009 Lyon, near Métro D – Gare de Vaise. It offers happy hour daily 17h–20h, weekend brunch 11h–16h, an open kitchen serving burgers and XXL salads, Disco Bingo and Karaoke Chorale evenings, click & collect, home delivery, online table booking, beer tap rental and venue privatization. The Ninkasi concept, since 1997, combines craft beer and spirits production, food, concerts and events; Ninkasi has been a pioneer of craft beer in France for over 25 years.

Ninkasi Vaise is a Ninkasi venue in Lyon Vaise. The Ninkasi concept began in 1995 when Christophe Fargier, back from the United States, opened the first Ninkasi microbrewery in Gerland, Lyon. In 1997, Ninkasi was established as a combination of craft beer production, food, concerts and events. In 2015, Ninkasi launched whisky production, distilled at its Tarare distillery.
