On April 26, 2023, it announced a capital and business alliance with Sony Corporation. On June 1, 2023, the name change to Neural Group Inc. took effect. On December 22, 2023, it announced a capital and business alliance with Kyodo News and a third-party allotment of new shares to Cross Plus. Neural Group continues to operate as a solution provider with proprietary deep-learning libraries, focusing on AI engineering, entertainment, and marketing.
