The legal action was filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California on Tuesday by Hyde Lane, the company that operates as Demon Hunter. It names Netflix, Netflix Studios and concert promoter AEG Presents as defendants, accusing them of trademark infringement and unfair competition, among other claims.
