The V2G-BOOST project, running from October 2023 to September 2026 with FESR funding and partners including Eurac Research, Alpitronic, Leitner Energy and Neogy, aims to develop and expand Vehicle-to-Grid technology in South Tyrol, allowing electric vehicles to store energy and return it to the grid, supporting decarbonization of transport and providing flexibility services to the electricity network. The SMART-HUB project develops an innovative energy management system for EV charging hubs integrating renewable energy, using a hybrid approach combining Model Predictive Control with Artificial Intelligence techniques, with collaboration among Eurac Research, Alperia Green Future, Neogy and Kerr. Neogy operates under a corporate governance framework that includes an Organization and Control Model and a Code of Ethics adopted in line with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, which introduced entity liability for crimes committed in the entity's interest. The company has established a Supervisory Body to monitor the functioning, effectiveness and observance of the Model by all recipients. As a private joint venture, Neogy is not listed on a stock exchange.
