In 2014, Montagu bought Nemera, and after the sale of Centor, Nemera became 100% focused on pharma devices. In 2019, Montagu & Astorg shared ownership of Nemera, and Nemera acquired Insight Product Development, strengthening capabilities in early-stage development and reinforcing its position in North America. In 2020, Nemera acquired Copernicus, bolstering its parenteral product portfolio and small series capabilities. In 2021, Nemera acquired Milfra, establishing an operational footprint in Brazil and expanding its product and services offering in Latin America.
