NationGate Holdings Berhad is an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider established in 2010. It provides electronics manufacturing services and technical support to the Networking and Communications, Instrumentation, Consumer Products, Medical Devices and Automotive sectors. Its services include high-speed SMT (Surface Mount Technology), COB (Chip On Flex/Board), Final Assembly (Box Build), precision Plastic Moulding and Final Testing. The company is a public company from Malaysia, listed on the Ace Market of Bursa Malaysia in January 2023 and transferred to the Main Market in May 2024. It also offers GPU Servers and Rack Servers.

NationGate commenced operations on the assembly and testing of PCBs from a rented factory space in Seberang Perai, Pulau Pinang with a single assembly line in 1999. It relocated operations to Plant 1 with 5 assembly lines in 2003, and expanded EMS capabilities to include value added services such as prototyping for manufacturability, supply chain management and packaging services in 2005. In 2006 it commenced operations at Plant 2 with 5 assembly lines, which included a Class 10k cleanroom. In 2009, Company A became a customer for PCBA services for cable television products and subsequently became a key customer. In 2010, the company obtained the AS9100 QMS certification and the ISO 13485 QMS certification, and was established as an EMS provider. In 2011 it commenced assembly and testing services for optical products such as optical transceivers. It obtained the ISO/TS 16949:2009 QMS certification in 2013 and the AS9100D QMS certification in 2014. Revenue exceeded $100M in 2015. In 2016 it secured new completed PCBs orders from one of its customers for assembly in their range of power tool products. In 2018 it expanded its EMS offerings to the data storage and networking industries by providing assembly and testing services for data computing products. In 2020 it completed the construction and commenced operations at Plant 5, with a built-up area of 215,833 sq ft and an additional 8 SMT assembly lines. In 2022 it commenced operation at P7 with an initial built-up of 100,000 sq ft in February 2022 and further expanded to 227,654 sq ft in May 2022, operating at P7 with 8 SMT assembly lines. In 2023 it successfully listed on the Ace Market of Bursa Malaysia in January 2023 and set up a Server Division in Q3 2023. In 2024 it transferred listing to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia in May 2024.
