MyTech Group Berhad

MyTech Group Berhad (formerly Widetech (Malaysia) Berhad) is a Malaysian investment holding company incorporated on 25 January 1984, converted to a public limited company on 30 May 1995 and listed on the Second Board of Bursa Securities on 18 March 1997. It is principally engaged in investment holding, provision of management services and rental of properties, while its subsidiaries manufacture precision springs and provide financing services. Its subsidiary Wire Master Spring Sdn Bhd, established in 1990, manufactures precision springs from a 40,000 sq. ft. factory in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park, Penang, serving local and multinational customers across Malaysia, Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and the South Pacific.

MyTech Group Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1965 on 25 January 1984, under the name Widetech (Malaysia) Berhad. It was converted to a public limited company on 30 May 1995 and subsequently listed on the Second Board of Bursa Securities on 18 March 1997. The company operates as an investment holding company, with subsidiaries engaged in the manufacture of precision springs and the provision of financing services. Its subsidiary Wire Master Spring Sdn Bhd was established in 1990 to manufacture precision springs and operates from a 40,000 sq. ft. factory in Bukit Minyak Industrial Park, Seberang Prai Tengah, Penang, Malaysia.
